Shipping Info:


We do our best to make all deliveries fast and efficient.

Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground Service to any destination within the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Alaska and Hawaii require special handling; please contact us and you will be emailed a quote that, upon confirmation, will ship. Sorry we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or locations outside the United States.

Shipping Time:


Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse and will go out FedEx Ground the same day if we receive your order between Monday-Friday before 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. The customer typically receives orders within 5-7 business days, though more often than not they will arrive earlier.

Sales Tax:


DogRunKennel.com does not collect sales tax on purchases shipped to destinations out of the state of California. Shipments to California addresses will be subject to a California sales tax of 7.75%.

Return / Refund Policy:


It is our goal at DogRunKennel.com to provide 100% satisfaction for our customers. If you would like to return your purchase, we ask that you follow these instructions:

  • Contact our returns department at Returns@DogRunKennel.com immediately for a Return Authorization Number, and Return Shipping Address. Return your purchase in its original packaging within 10 days upon receipt with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Please do not send back packages without prior authorization, as they will be refused.
  • Returns must include all components of the original manufacturers packaging.
  • Returns must include the original invoice so we can properly and quickly process your refund.
  • For your assurance, we suggest you send returns pre-paid and insured. We will NOT be responsible for returned packages that are lost in the mail.
  • The customer is responsible for all delivery charges and they are non-refundable.
  • If product damage has occurred and you feel that it was due to mishandling by the freight carrier, have box and/or merchandise inspected by delivering carrier and contact Customer Service immediately by calling us toll-free at 1.877.9DOGRUN (936.4786), or 561.616.3708. We will then file a claim. Please keep all packaging and product(s) until claim has been settled, at which time we will contact you.
  • All products lost, or damaged during delivery and confirmed by delivering carrier as damaged at time of delivery, will be fully replaced without additional costs to the customer.
  • All returned merchandise, unless it was damaged during delivery (see preceding notation), is subject to a 20% restocking/processing fee. This includes, but is not limited to, wrong item orders placed by customer, wrong shipping address given by customer, refused, or undeliverable merchandise. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges incurred in such cases.
  • Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over the one you have received, place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted item for a refund.
  • Items displaying wear and/or tear are not eligible for refund.

If the above instructions are followed, you should receive your Return Authorization Number, and the Return Shipping Address via email within 24-48 hours. Please allow 14-21 days (although it often takes less time) for your return to be inspected and the refund processed.

Please Note: Incomplete or Wrong Shipping Addresses - If an order is returned because of an incomplete address, incorrect address, is undeliverable or refused, the customer will be required to pay the restocking and return shipping costs. If you want to verify that the shipping address is correct, click here to use the USPS Zip Code verifier. Enter your address and if it verifies, i.e. you don't get an error message, then the address will work fine.

Cancellation Policy:


We understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, cancellations can be expected. Orders cancelled at the customer's request for reasons other than availability (and a credit card has been charged but no product shipped), will be subject to a 10 % cancellation fee to cover merchant fees charged to DogRunKennel.com. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has shipped. However, if delivery of the parcel is refused, the parcel will be returned to the address of origin and the order will be handled as a return (see return policy).

For all cancellations, at the discretion of DogRunKennel.com payment will be returned to the credit card, or remitted by check to the billing address on the order, within 10 days of cancellation.

Payment Methods:


In order to best meet your individual needs, we offer a variety of easy payment options:

  • Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club Cards online, by phone or fax. Our phone hours are from 9:00AM-6:00PM, Eastern Standard Time, Moday-Saturday.
  • Paypal online payments.
  • Personal Checks: These should be mailed in and may take up to 10 business days to clear the bank, and for us to release your order.
  • Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks: Orders are shipped out on the same day the payments are received.  
No matter which option you choose, our systems are continuously monitored to protect against fraudulent transactions in all possible situations. All transactions using any type of payment method, particularly credit cards, are secured using high-grade encryption technology, ensuring the industry's highest standard of protection for payment-card data and personal information. In the case that an order is placed, shipped and received by persons found to be using a card that is fraudulent, we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Warranty:

Dog Run Kennel is not a warranty repair station for online orders. Therefore we make no express or implied warranty whatsoever with respect to any merchandise order placed online. The warranties provided are by the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer's package. All requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. Additionally, you can email us at CustomerSupport@DogRunKennel.com and we will provide you with the appropriate contact information. All products we ship are insured against shipping and handling mishaps. However, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package at time of delivery, note any package that is damaged, and call us immediately (see Return Policy).


Security:
This site has security measures and has met security requirements for Security Metrics by submitting to and passing scheduled vulnerability scans. All transactions using any type of payment method are secured using high-grade encryption technology and an SSL Certificate signed by VeriSign, ensuring the industry's highest standard of protection for payment-card data and personal information. We use 128-Bit SSL encryption in order to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. This protects credit card numbers, online forms, and other confidential information from interception and hacking. We are tested weekly to ensure that high security standards are maintained. Maintaining high security standards significantly reduces the risk that this site will be compromised by malicious attacks.
