Q. Do you accept other forms of payment?
A. Yes, we. The following are the forms of payment that we accept;

• PayPal payments online.
• Personal Checks: These should be mailed in and may take up to 2 weeks to clear the bank, and for us to release your order. Please note that we do not offer COD.
• Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks: We will ship your order the same day we receive your Money Order / Cashier’s Check.
• Credit Cards: We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards. Orders are accepted online, by fax, or by phone. Our phone hours are from 9:00AM - 6:00PM, Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Saturday. Voice Mail messages are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are promptly replied.

Q. Can I phone or fax my order in?
A. Absolutely! Credit Card orders are accepted online, by fax, and by phone. If you fax in your order be sure to include the item number, its full name, and price, as well as your name, address, phone and email. Our phone hours are from 9:00AM - 6:00PM, Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Saturday. Voice Mail messages are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are promptly replied.

Q. How soon can I expect my order?
A. Orders are shipped the same day if received between Monday-Friday before 4:00PM, Eastern Standard Time. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. We ship FedEx ground, and it usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. (See Freight Delivery exceptions in next question). 

Q. What is Freight Delivery?
A. Freight Delivery means that a product will be shipped and arrive via a large truck. It is used when the size and/or weight of the item is too large or heavy to ship using other common carriers such as UPS and FedEx. To receive a freight delivery quote, you must submit the Freight Delivery Form located in our 'Contact Us' page and a quote will be sent to you within 24 hours (if those hours fall between Monday through Friday 3:00 PM, otherwise you will receive a quote the next business day). Deliveries usually arrive 5-7 business days and are made Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM Eastern Standard Time. All quotes are per shipper requirement.

Q. Where do you ship?
A. We ship anywhere in the USA and Canada. There is a USD 350.00 minimum per order for the Chain Link Dog Kennels for Canada shipments. (All other orders have no minimum requirement). If your shipping destination is Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please contact us and we will send you a shipping quote as soon as it is determined from the shipper (usually within 24 hours). Sorry we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, or to any other countries. 

Q. Do you have a secure shopping cart?
A. DogRunKennel.com uses the highest level of Internet Security (128-bit SSL encryption key). We do this in order to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Q. What are the dimensions and specifications of your products?
A. To view additional information, dimensions and specifications on any select item, just click on the items image or on "More info>>" next to it, then scroll all the way down the page.

Q. What are your shipping costs?
A. The exact shipping costs for any particular item(s) to any destination can be viewed before payment by simply adding the item(s) to the cart and clicking on "Check Out", then filling in the "Ship To" information and clicking on "Next". The shipping charges will then be displayed before payment can be made.

Q. Do you carry other product sizes?
A. We carry Kennels and Kennal Covers in several different sizes. However we only display on our website products that are currently in stock. If you cannot find a particular merchandise that you are looking for, please check with us shortly thereafter. We continuously replenish out of stock products but for convenience and accuracy do not display them until they are available for shipping.
