Q. Do you accept other forms of payment?
A. Yes, we. The following are the forms of payment that we accept;
- PayPal payments online.
- Personal Checks: These should be mailed in and may take up to 2 weeks to clear the bank, and for us to release your order. Please note that we do not offer COD.
- Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks: We will ship your order the same day we receive your Money Order / Cashier’s Check.
- Credit Cards: We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards. Orders are accepted online, by fax, or by phone. Our phone hours are from 9:00AM - 6:00PM, Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Saturday. Voice Mail messages are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are promptly replied.
Q. Can I phone or fax my order in?
A. Absolutely! Credit Card orders are accepted online, by fax, and by phone. If you fax in your order be sure to include the item number, its full name, and price, as well as your name, address, phone and email. Our phone hours are from 9:00AM - 6:00PM, Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Saturday. Voice Mail messages are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are promptly replied.
Q. How soon can I expect my order?
A. Orders are shipped the same day if received between Monday-Friday before 4:00PM, Eastern Standard Time. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. We ship FedEx ground, and it usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Q. Where do you ship?
A. We ship anywhere in the 50 states. If your shipping destination is Alaska or Hawaii, you will need to call in your order as shipping rates will be different depending on what you order. Sorry we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
